Purpose of Touchscreen Analysis
Our touchscreen analysis focused on determining the structure and material of the touchscreens
Procedure
- Performed smartphone teardowns to expose the screens, the touchscreen controllers, and their interfaces
- Performed meticulous investigations on how to expose the touchscreen mesh
- Took high resolution optical and Xray images of the mesh
- Performed cross-sectioning of the touchscreen at various locations
- Took SEM images and EDS material analysis of the cross sections
