GHB Intellect has combined its institutional learning of over a decade of doing business to pursue a highly methodical, thorough, and credible approach to patent monetization, sales, and licensing. This consists of a multiphase approach as follows:

Customer onboarding of new patent portfolios under a services agreement between the patent owner and GHB Intellect.
Phase 1 mining, technical evaluation, and portfolio review and asset preparation by GHB Intellect and its team of experts paid for by service fees.
Phase 2 patent valuation, document preparation, and claim charting as needed by GHB Intellect and its team of experts paid for by service fees.

For portfolios that meet our rigorous criteria and often subject to contingent fees, we provide marketing and monetization onboarding of the portfolio under agreement between the patent owner and GHB Intellect. The following is an outline of this process:

Data room preparation of the previously prepared materials, potential buyer/licensee selection and outreach, and marketing of the portfolio to select entities.
Negotiation and monetized transaction with one or more buying or licensing entities led by GHB Intellect with seller and licensee support and support of legal counsel.
Ribbon copy patent and technology transfer and processing and transfer of funds.

The large majority of GHB Intellect’s customers follow this multiphase hybrid payment approach that commences with service fees for portable due diligence analyses and materials and concludes with the potential for contingent fee revenue sharing upon successful transaction.
